There have been many leaks in the past, revealing the design as well as the configuration of the LG V30 and now an image of the smartphone’s back panel has surfaced online which has cutouts for the dual camera and the fingerprint scanner on the rear of the handset.
The camera placement on the back panels suggests that the device will have horizontal dual camera setup with LED flash and Laser autofocus similar to its predecessor and the placement of the fingerprint scanner has also remained the same. According to earlier leaks, the company will be using glass instead of metal to support wireless charging, which seems to be confirmed by the pictures.
The South Korean company has already sent out invitations to the media for the official unveiling of the LG V30 on August 31 in Berlin. As per specs-sheet, the LG V30 will be powered by 1.90GHz octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 with 4GB of RAM and there is a possibility of 6GB variant also. The device is running on latest Android 7.1.2 Nougat underneath LG UX.
