HMD has recently launched its new line up consisting of Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and the Nokia 3310. Now some images of a feature phone with the model number TA-1017 were published by China’s regulatory commission TENAA. The company is expected to unveil 6-7 devices by the end of 2017, so this feature phone could be part of 2017 lineup.
The device doesn’t have a official name yet and there are no detail of specification and pricing. Looking at the images it seems the device looks similar to old Nokia feature phones as it has a same small display, followed by the keypad. On the rear end of the device there is a 2MP camera without led flash instead it has loudspeaker placed below the camera and in the center there is a Nokia logo.
The feature phone will be running on Nokia S30+ similar to Nokia 3310 and it will only support 2G Network. The device is thick from the sides which could mean it can have massive battery. Feature phone is expected to have a 3.5mm headphone jack with standard micro-USB port and will also have dual-SIM support. The company is expected to release the device in coming months.
