There have been rumors that the HTC U11 Plus with Codename Ocean Master will be the next flagship smartphone by Taiwanese company HTC and it is expected to be launched later this year on November 11 in China. Recently, some CAD rendered video of the upcoming smartphone was leaked online which reveals the design of the smartphone.
The rendered video shows that the HTC U11 Plus will feature a bezel-less display with minimal bezels on the top and bottom. The fingerprint scanner would be shifted on the rear panel as there is no space left on the front end. It will sport a primary camera with dual tone led flash.
The rear panel of the upcoming smartphone is made of glass which suggests that the company can integrate the wireless charging. It will also have curved back, which will make the device easier to grip and would also come with HTC sense technology.
As for the configuration, HTC U11 Plus will feature 6-inch display with Quad-HD+ (1440 x 2880 pixels) resolution and have a 18:9 aspect ratio. It will boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with Adreno 540 GPU to handle graphical tasks. The handset will come in two variants, starting with base, it will have 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in storage and the high-end option will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with UFS 2.1 standard.
The handset will be IP68 certified water and dust resistance, support for Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 (up to 18W). The smartphone will sport a 12MP camera on the rear same as its HTC U11 . And in the front, it will have an 8MP front-facing for selfie and video-call.
