Huawei has officially announced three variants of its flagship Mate 10 today. The Mate 10 series consists of the standard Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, and Porsche Design. The Mate 10 is priced at €699/$825 and will be available in three color options Black, Champagne Gold and Mocha Brown. Whereas the Mate 10 Pro cost around €799/$943 and will be available in Midnight Blue, Titanium Grey and Mocha Brown colors. And the special, Porsche Design will only be available in Diamond Black color and cost a whopping €1395/$1647.

Starting with the standard variant, The Mate 10 comes with 5.9-inch LCD display with Quad-HD (1440×2560 pixels) resolution and have 16:9 ratio with 499 ppi. It is powered by the company’s latest Kirin 970 SoC which will be touting Neural Network Processing Unit or built-in AI capabilities. The new chipset features an octa-core CPU with 4×2.4GHz Cortex-A73 and 4×1.8GHz Cortex-A53 cores and a 12-core Mali-G72MP12 GPU. Built on a 10nm process, the SoC contains some 5.5 billion transistors on a single square centimeter.
The handset has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of Built-in storage, which can be expanded via MicroSD card up to 256GB. As for optics, It rocks a vertical dual camera setup which is co-engineered by LEICA and has a 20MP monochrome sensor and a 12MP RGB sensor with e coupled with f/1.6 aperture, OIS, BSI CMOS, PDAF, CAF, Laser Autofocus, and Depth Autofocus, apart from dual-LED flash. And in the front it has an 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and fixed focus. It packs a massive 4000mAh battery and runs on EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0.

Moving on to the pro variant, The Mate 10 comes with 6.0-inch OLED display but with a lower full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) resolution and has a 18:9 ratio with 402 ppi. It is powered by the same Kirin 970 SoC with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. The smartphone will be available in two storage variants 4GB of RAM with 64GB of Built-in and higher variant with 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. Both variants would not support MicroSD card for expansion.
In terms of optics, It sports the same vertical dual camera setup with a 20MP monochrome sensor and a 12MP RGB sensor with e coupled with f/1.6 aperture, OIS, BSI CMOS, PDAF, CAF, Laser Autofocus, and Depth Autofocus, apart from dual-LED flash. And in the front it has an 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and fixed focus. It packs a massive 4000mAh battery and runs on EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0. The Mate 10 Pro has IP67 dust and water resistance up to 1m for 30min.
As for the special Porsche Design, it will have almost the same configuration as the Mate 10 Pro but will be available in only one variant with 6GB of RAM with 256GB of in-built memory which will also not support MicroSD card for expansion. All the variants could be connected to TV or monitor via USB and they could be used as Touchpads for navigation when connected.
