It has been over a month now that we heard any report about the Vivo Xplay 7 which is rumored to be the first smartphone to embed the finger-print scanner on the display. Recently, some new CAD rendered images of the smartphone have afloated online which clearly shows the finger-print scanner on the display.
Observing the images, it seems like the front side of the Vivo Xplay 7 is all screen with only two small cut-outs on the display for camera and sensor. At the back, there is a vertical dual camera setup with LED flash which is expected have an IMX401 camera sensor by Sony that might allow 4x optical zoom.
There are reports that suggest Processor Giant, Qualcomm is working with Vivo for the on-screen finger-print scanner. The smartphone is expected to be unveiled next year. As for the specs, it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.
