Intex has unveiled a new entry-level smartphone Aqua A4+ in India. Earlier this year, the company launched the Aqua A4 smartphone, and the Aqua A4+ will be the successor to Aqua A4. The smartphone comes in Champagne and Black colors and will be available in the offline market.
Starting with configuration, The Intex Aqua A4+ flaunts a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, which further extends to a pixel density of 245 PPI. The smartphone will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9822 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card up to 64GB.
As for the optics, the handset will have a 5MP rear camera, which also has an LED flash. And a 2MP front-facing camera for selfies and video-call. The company claims it has added features such as Burst mode, GIF mode, Beauty mode, Panorama, Audio Picture to the camera application.
The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat straight out of the box and pack a 2000mAh battery which is rated to offer up to 300 hours of standby time and 8 hours of standby time. The handset comes with several third-party applications such as Xender, Prime Video, Gaana, and DataBack preinstalled. The connectivity options include connectivity options Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port.
