The South Korean conglomerate is gearing up to launch their Upcoming flagship LG V30 on August 31 at IFA Berlin. LG has already sent out an invitation to media for an announcement, but before the launch the handset was spotted on a benchmarking platform Geekbench revealing most of its specification.
According to the Geekbench listing, the LG V30 will be powered by 1.90GHz octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 with 4GB of RAM and there is a possibility of 6GB variant also. The device is running on latest Android 7.1.2 Nougat underneath LG UX. The handset achieved a 1899 score for the single core test and for multi-core it scored a respective 6530. No other details about the configuration of the phone were leaked on the Geekbench.
Earlier rumors claim that LG V30 will be dropping its secondary display, which has been a signature feature of the V-series. The smartphone will feature a 6 inch Full Vision OLED display with 18:9 aspect ratio. On the rear it will sport a horizontal dual camera setup and will have a glass back to have wireless charging capabilities.
