LG will be releasing their new UX 6.0+ in the upcoming flagship LG V30. New UI has been optimized to offer more personalization options for a more intuitive user experience. The company claims that the new UI will also have great multimedia capabilities with new OLED FullVision display and an advanced dual lens camera.
As we know the company will be ditching their signature V series secondary display instead they will be adding Floating Bar on the V30 which will be semi-transparent and give quick access to frequently used functions and can be dragged completely off the FullVision display when not needed.
Another feature that the company will be introducing will be Always On Display which will be customizable and not only shows the clock, it can also be set to display Quick Tools, Music Player or a personal photograph as well.
Moving onto the security features, LG V30 will be secured with Face Recognition functionality which allows users to unlock the phone even when the display is off. And as for voice recognition, the feature uses a combination of the user’s voice and self-generated keywords to unlock the device and It is supported by Qualcomm Aqstic voice UI technology for always-on, always-listening capabilities that requires very little battery power.
A camera feature Graphy will also help users to take professional shots and different shooting modes such as auto, grid shot, snap shot and match shot are also added on to the new f/1.6 aperture camera. The LG V30 will be officially announced on August 31 in IFA and is expected to be priced at $700.
