Look like Huawei is gearing up to release another mid-tier smartphone, Nova 2s in the market. The smartphone is expected to be unveiled next month on December 5. Now some real life images of the smartphones have surfaced online which not only reveals the configuration but also leaked some its core configuration.
Speaking of design, the Huawei Nova 2S will rock a full-view display with minimal bezels on the side with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The fingerprint scanner will be placed on the front at the bottom bezel same as Huawei Honor V10. In the rear, it will feature a horizontal dual camera setup and have an all metal back. It also comes with USB-C port and has a 3.5mm audio jack.
Moving on to leaked the specs-sheet, the smartphone will sport a 6-inch display with Full-HD+ (2160 x 1080) resolution and have a 18:9 aspect ratio. It will be fueled by company’s own Kirin 960 will have an octa-core CPU and has the latest Mali-G71 GPU for handling graphics tasks.
The handset will come with 6GB of RAM and has on-board storage of 64GB, which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The rear horizontal dual rear camera setup will consists of a 16MP sensor and another 20MP sensor. Both the sensor has an aperture of f/1.8. And at the front end also the smartphone will feature horizontal dual camera setup with two 20MP sensors.
The smartphone will running on EMUI 8.0 based on Android Oreo and come with features like NFC, facial recognition. It will also come with inbuilt Hi-Fi chip for good audio. To keep the smartphone running, it will pack a 3340mAh battery with support 18W fast charge. The device is expected to carry a price tag of 2499 Yuan ($378/€322).
