Gionee will be unveiling eight new bezel-less smartphones at an event on November 26. Now some live images of the Gionee S11, which is reported to be launched along other seven smartphones has leaked online showing the device from different angles and revealing its design. It will be the successor to the Gionee S10 which was released which was released earlier this year in the month of May. Like its predecessor, it will also be expected to come in different variants.
Design-wise, the Gionee S11 will rock a tall display with minimal bezels and 18:9 aspect ratio. It will feature dual camera setup on both in the rear as well as the front. The rear panel seems to be made of glass which could indicate that the upcoming smartphone could support wireless charging.
The fingerprint scanner has also been placed on the rear panel under the dual camera setup as there is not enough space in the front. The handset will available in at least three color options blue, pink and gold. At the bottom, the smartphone will come with USB-Type-C charger with a speaker grill and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Earlier the Gionee S11 has been spotted few benchmarking platforms revealing its configuration, as per the GFXBench listings, the MediaTek MT6763 chipset will be powering the smartphone mated with 4 GB of RAM. The handset will come with a 16MP camera on the rear and in the front, it has a 5MP camera.
The smartphone was also spotted on TENNA, according to it the smartphone will feature a 6-inch LCD display with FHD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution. On the rear, it will sport dual camera setup with a 16MP sensor and another 8MP sensor on the rear. And has similar dual camera setup in the front with a 20MP sensor and another 8MP sensor. It will be fueled by an octa-core processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. The Gionee S11 will pack 3600mAh battery and would boot on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
