Motorola launched their new budget smartphones Moto E and Moto E4 Plus in India at a press event today. The handset had already been released in some global markets earlier in June. Both the smartphones have metal unibody design which gives it a premium feel. Moto E4 plus will exclusively available on eCommerce website Flipkart.
Moto E4 sports an 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 with Mali T720 MP1 GPU for games and other graphic tasks. The smartphone comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is expandable via MicroSD card upto 128 GB. The device features a 5 inch IPS display with HD (1280 x 720) resolution with 2.5D curved glass covering on top for screen protection. On the rear it has an 8MP camera and for selfies, videocall etc. it features a 5MP, both front and rear has LED flash with f/2.2 aperture. It packs a 2,800 mAh battery and is running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of box. Moto E4 is priced at ₹8,999 ($139) and available in two colour variants Black and Brush Gold.
Moto E4 Plus features a 5.5 inch IPS display with HD (1280 x 720) resolution with 2.5D curved glass covering on top for screen protection. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory which is expandable via MicroSD card upto 128 GB. E4 Plus sports an 13MP camera on the back and a 8MP in the front with LED flash. The highlighted feature of this device could be its massive 5000mAh battery. Moto E4 Plus is priced at ₹9,999 ($155) and available in two colour variants Iron Grey and Fine Gold. All other specification are similar to Moto E4.
