It was rumored that Motorola would launch their upcoming mid-tier smartphone Moto X4 on August 24 in an event in Brazil but that didn’t happen. And Now the smartphone was spotted on FCC certification website where it revealed and confirmed some of the configurations of the smartphone. The model number of Moto X4 will be XT-1900-1.
According to the listing, The Moto X4 will sport a 5.2 inch AMOLED display with Full-HD resolution. It will boast a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Soc with Adreno 508 GPU and will be available in two variants 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The smartphone will feature a horizontal dual camera setup with primary 12MP sensor and a secondary with 5MP sensor. As for front-facing camera it will have a 16MP sensor with LED flash.
Earlier leaks suggested that the smartphone will pack a 3000mAh battery, but the new listing shows it will would be powered by smaller 2,810mAh battery instead. As of now there is no confirmation by the company about the release of the device, but Motorola might release the Moto X4 at IFA as Lenovo has an event on August 31.
