Google is ready to launch its new smartphones, Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL on October 4. Before the launch some CAD rendered images of the upcoming smartphones were spotted online in various color versions. The images reveals the design of the smartphones from back as the renders are of the rear panels.
Starting with the Pixel 2, the smartphone will have a single camera with dual led flash and the fingerprint sensor will be placed out of the glass area, unlike last year’s Pixel. The flash will be followed by two pins which suggest that the device could support some type of modularity.
The Pixel 2 will come in Kinda Blue, Clearly White, and Just Black color options. As for pricing, The 64GB built-in storage options would cost and carry a price tag of $749 for the 128GB storage variant.
Moving onto the bigger Pixel 2 XL, The device will follow the same design aesthetics as the Pixel 2 with only change being the placement of the camera and the flash, as on the Pixel 2 the flash was placed on the right side smartphone and camera on the left whereas in Pixel 2 XL the placement have been switched the camera is on the right side and the flash is on the left.
The Pixel 2 XL will be available in Just Black and another will come in dual color tone Black and white. The 64GB storage variant of the Pixel 2 XL will be priced at $849 and the 128GB variant will cost around a whopping $949.
