Motorola has released its mid-range smartphones Moto G5S and G5S Plus in India at the end of August. And now they have announced a Midnight Blue color variant for Moto G5S and it will be available from today onward from both offline and online store. The smartphone will carry a price tag of Rs. 13,999($218), but as the company has announced a price drop on the G5S during the festive season in India between October 14 to October 21, where customers can pick the device up for Rs. 12,999 ($199) instead.

Specs wise it will be same as the normal variant, it features a 5.2-inch display with Full-HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The smartphone is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card up to 128 GB. It packs a 3000mAh battery and will be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the Box.


On the rear, it sports an enhanced 16 MP camera which has f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. But it can only record Full HD as that is the limit on Snapdragon 430. It has a 5MP on the front with the same aperture with a flash or better selfies, video-call, etc. in darker environments. The handset also comes in Lunar Grey and Fine Gold colors.
