This year the upcoming flagship by OnePlus, the OnePlus 5, has hinted at a dual camera setup on the back. The presence of a dual camera setup is nothing out of the ordinary as almost every flagship smartphone right from Xiaomi, LG, Apple to Oppo and Vivo ship with a dual-camera setup, so we expected nothing less from the company.
The obvious thing to notice is the phone is that its black colour hue for the 5. This is similar to the 3T. The other easily noticeable detail about the phone in the image is that it comes with a dual rear camera setup. The image confirms that OnePlus is not shifting the fingerprint reader to the back and will stick with the current layout out, which has the fingerprint sensor on the front. The company has not issued any official statement about the upcoming smartphone. However, on this device no antenna lines are visible on the upper side of the back, which is kind of odd. There is a barely visible antenna band towards the bottom of the rear, however, which further cements the “metal build” theory.
One plus 5 is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 along with 6 or 8 GB of RAM out of the box. The smartphone could come with an upgraded display panel with 2K display as reported earlier instead of the usual 1080p display in the OnePlus 3T. Renders were leaked by indiatoday.
