Few reports suggest that HTC will be unveiling two new U-Series smartphone on November 2 at an event. One of those upcoming smartphones will be HTC U11 Life which is expected to be part of Android One program. And now reliable leakster @rquandt A.K.A Roland Quandt has tweeted a CAD render of Android One edition of HTC U11 Life in Brilliant Black color along with the pricing.
The 3D rendered picture reveals the smartphone will follow the company’s design aesthetics as it has a bigger bezel on top and bottom with finger-print scanner placed on the bottom. On the rear it will sport a singular camera with LED Flash and the Android One branding at the bottom.
As for the leaked configuration, The HTC U11 Life will sport a 5.2-inch LTPS IPS display with Full-HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and 3D Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. The smartphone will boast a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor with Adreno 508 GPU. It will be available in two storage options 3GB of RAM mated with 32GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM paired with 64GB built-in storage. Both storage options will support MicroSD Card for expansion.
In terms of optics, it will rock a 16MP sensor on the rear with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. In the front, it comes with a similar 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. It would pack a smaller 2600mAh battery and is expected to run on latest Android 8.0 Oreo. The smartphone will also come with IP67 dust and water resistance. The Android One variant will be available in Brilliant Black color and would carry a price tag of €369/$429 in European markets.
