Nokia 2 is expected to launch by the end of the month, just few days ago the smartphone was spotted on Bluetooth SIG site which didn’t reveal much other than the smartphone will come with 4G support and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity. And now the upcoming smartphone with model name TA-1035 has made an appearance on benchmarking platform AnTuTu which revealed most of the specification.
According to the listing, Nokia 2 will powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 Soc mated with Adreno 340 GPU which would handle graphical tasks. The smartphone will come with 1GB of RAM with 8GB of built-in storage, which seems less for even an entry level smartphone. It will sport a 5-inch display with HD (1280 x720 pixels) resolution.
As for the optics, the handset will feature a 8 MP camera on the rear, while in the front, it will come with 5MP for selfie and video-calls. The device was running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat at the time of testing, but it could come with the latest Android 8.0 at the time of launch. The main highlight of the smartphone will be its massive 4000mAh battery which hasn’t been confirmed as of yet.
The smartphone is expected to cost around $99 in U.S markets and will be coming in at least two colors black and white.
