HMD Global will be unveiling some new lineup of smartphone like the Nokia 2, Nokia 7, Nokia 8 and Nokia 9 in coming months. Recently there was a leak by Roland Quandt a known tipster which revealed some specification of the new Nokia 8. The tipster claims that the Nokia 8 is actually the HMD Global TA-1004 was spotted on Geekbench a few months ago.
If the tipster is to be believed then the Nokia 8 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 instead of Snapdragon 660 which was rumored earlier. The smartphone will come in two variants 4GB and 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB. It will be available in four color variants metallic blue, silver, grey, and gold.
As for camera the company has recently partnered with ZEISS, so the camera on the smartphone will have ZEISS lens and according to recent leak the device will sport dual camera setup. The Nokia 8 is expected to be launched by the end of this month and will be available for purchasing from July 31 onwards. The device will be priced around €598 ($686).
