Every other day there have been leaks and rumors regarding the HMD Global’s new flagship Nokia 8. Now, the smartphone was again spotted on the benchmarking platform Geekbench but with upcoming Android O which could mean there are chances that the company could release the Nokia 8 running on the Android 8.0.0 instead of Android Nougat.
Recently, some images of Nokia 8’s camera interface were also leaked which revealed that the dual camera setup will consist a monochrome sensor and the other will be a conventional RGB. The pictures also show that the camera will have three modes to choose from RGB, dual-lens or Monochrome sensor.
The dual camera setup mode will also have different options where one can choose to use the rear and the front cameras to create a collage in real time.
As per the leaked specs-sheet the Nokia 8 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card up to 256GB. It will be available in four color options Blue, Steel, Gold/blue, and Gold/copper. The company will be unveiling the smartphone on August 16 and it would be priced around €517 in European markets.
