There are many rumors across the web which suggest that OnePlus is working on the OnePlus 5T. And now the upcoming device was listed on online shopping portal Oppo Mart, which revealed the pricing and the configuration. The smartphone is up for pre-order on the website and they even claim to deliver the device by the end of November, 2017.
According to the portal, the Oneplus 5T will rock a larger 6-inch AMOLED display with quad-HD+ (2960×1440 pixels) resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio. It will also be powered by a 2.45Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 clubbed with the Adreno 540 GPU. The handset will also be available in similar variants – 6GB/8GB of RAM with 64GB/128GB of RAM.
Coming to the optics, the smartphone will feature dual-camera setup on the rear which consists of same 16MP sensor, but with f/1.6 aperture, fast autofocus, with a dual tone LED flash and a 20MP telephoto lens which can capture 2x zoomed images without losing details. In the front, it will have a 16MP front-facing camera.
The handset will pack a slightly larger 3,450mAh and will run on Oxygen OS based on Android Nougat with a promised update to Android Oreo soon. The smartphone will be available in single Gray color and will cost around $549. The dimension of the handset will be 157 x 75.4 x 7.25 mm and weighs around 164g.
The listing seems fake as there are discrepancies like featured specs differ from the detailed specs sheets such as in the feature specs the smartphone will come with Quad-HD resolution display, whereas on the detailed specs sheets it mentions the device display will have Full-HD resolution. But that’s not all the aperture of the primary camera also differ on both listing, on featured list the 16MP sensor comes with f/1.6 aperture, while on the detailed specs sheets it has an aperture of f/1.7.
