Oppo has been busy these last few months, as it is releasing its new lineup of smartphones one after another and it seems like the company isn’t gonna take a break soon. As today a new A-series smartphone, Oppo A83 got TENNA certified, so we can expect that the company will be unveiling the smartphone before the end of this year.
According to the TENNA listing, the Oppo A83 will sport a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with HD (720 x 1440 pixels) and have an aspect ratio of 18:9. It will be fueled by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor with a clock speed of up to 2.5GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card.
Camera-wise, the handset will rock a single 13MP main rear camera and an 8MP front-facing snapper. It will be running on Android Nougat 7.1.1 out the box in the form of ColorOS 3.2 and packs 3090mAh battery. The smartphone will come in black and gold colors.
The Oppo A83 measures 150.5 x 73.1 x 7.7mm and it weighs around at 143grams. No other info regarding its launch date or pricing is known at the moment.
