Before the launch of Oppo F5 on October 26, a new video commercial has appeared on Instagram. The advertisement starts with the question “What is real beauty” and then the Indonesian stars Chelsea Islan and Raline Shah explain more about their perception of beauty while taking selfies and videos with the upcoming smartphone.

The video comes with the slogan “Selfie Redesigned” and the date November 13, which could suggest that the smartphone could go on sale from November 13 onward. And as for the slogan, it could point to the new AI Beauty feature which will be introduced in the Oppo F5. The commercial also mentions that a new A.I Technology is coming.
Some new promotional material was also spotted recently which confirmed the earlier reports that stated Oppo F5 will be available three variants which will include standard Oppo F5, Oppo F5 Youth, and a High-end Oppo F5 6GB.

As for the specs, the Standard Oppo F5, it will feature a 6-inch display with FHD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) resolution and has 18:9 ratio. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Moving on to the optics, the smartphone will pack a single 20MP camera on the rear. And in the front, it has a dual camera setup with 12MP Sensor for the selfies, video-call, etc. It will also pack a massive 4000mAh battery and run on Color OS based on Older Android Marshmallow 6.0. A security feature facial unlock has also been added along with intelligent beauty filters and AI beauty.
The Oppo F5 Youth will be affordable variant and it will have only one difference when compared to the standard variant and that will be the primary camera on the Youth variant will have a lower 16MP sensor. As for the High-end Oppo F5 6 GB, it will also have the similar configuration to the standard variant, but with 6GB of RAM in place of 4GB.
