Before the launch, the Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy Note8 was spotted on benchmarking platform Geekbench with model number SM-N950F revealing the specification. The smartphone will be officially announced by the company on August 23 in New York City.
Moving on to the listing, the smartphone will boast a Samsung Exynos 8895 chipset, which suggests that it will be available in global markets as the company releases their smartphones with Qualcomm processors in U.S markets. It will come with 6GB of RAM and will be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The smartphone scores 1984 on the single-core test and on the multi-core test it achieved 6116. As per leaked configuration the Samsung Galaxy Note8 sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity Display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio similar to its S8 duo. It will feature a horizontal dual camera setup with a 12MP sensor with fixed optical zoom capabilities. The smartphone will pack a smaller 3300mAh battery compared to its predecessor and will come with improved S Pen stylus.
