Vivo has released a brand new smartphone Y69 in India. The main USP of the smartphone will be its selfie camera. The smartphone will be available for purchase from September 1 onwards via Online and Offline channels. IT will be available in two colors Champagne Gold and Matte Black.
Vivo Y69 will sport a 5.5-inch display with HD(1280×720) resolution and for protection, it will have Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone will be powered by 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6570 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card up to 256GB.
As for the optics, the handset will sport a 13MP camera with Samsung S5K3L8 sensor, dual-LED flash, and a f/2.2 aperture. In the front, it has a 16MP camera with a Samsung S5K3P3ST sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and Moonlight Selfie camera flash that provides a soft glow. The selfie camera will come with Bokeh, Group Selfie, and Live Photo modes. The smartphone will be running on Android 7.0 Nougat with Funtouch OS 3.2 on top.
The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, 3.5mm audio jack, and Micro-USB. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, and a proximity sensor. The smartphone weighs 162.8 grams and measures 154.6×75.7×7.7mm. It is priced at Rs.14,990 ($234).
