Xiaomi Mi Mix was a trendsetter handset for smartphone industry, as it was the first device with true bezel-less display, which is now been implemented by mobile giants like Samsung and LG. Earlier the handset was listed on GearBest’s website, oow the successor, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 was spotted on Geekbench which revealed the specification of the device.
According to the listing on Geekbench, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and will have 6GB RAM. The smartphone was be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The specification are similar to its 2017 flagship MI 6 which was launched earlier and the only difference that could viewed is the underclocked Snapdragon 835 which is running at 1.90 GHz frequency whereas MI 6’s processor runs on 2.45 GHz.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is expected feature 6.4 inch display with Quad-HD (1440 x 2560) resolution and will be bezel-less like its predecessor. The smartphone will be available in two variants base variant will have 128GB of internal storage and higher one will have 256GB, there are also rumours that higher variant could come with 8GB of RAM. On the rear Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will sport a 19MP camera and for selfie’s, video call etc it will be have a 13MP camera. Handset is said to pack in a 4,500mAh battery.
