The Chinese Smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi will be introducing its new bezel-less smartphone Mi Mix 2 on the September 11. The company has officially confirmed the launch date by posting a teaser image on Chinese Social Networking website Weibo.
Now a new batch of images has been leaked revealing that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 instead of 835 which was earlier reported. And it will be running on Android 8.0 Oreo with custom MIUI 9 on top. The leak also reveals other key specs, including 6.2-inch display with Ultra-HD (2960 x 1440) resolution and it packs a 4400mAh battery.
As for optics, the smartphone will sport a 20MP camera on the rear with dual-tone LED flash. On the front, it will have a 5MP camera for selfies, video-calls, etc.. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is expected to cost around ¥ 4999 ($748) in the Chinese market.
